COMPENZA is so flexible that it can be used to set up compensation plans for the areas of sales, quality, production, operations, logistics, it is even used to design customer loyalty programs or to calculate payment to transport providers.

How is the information being fed into COMPENZA?

The information that enters COMPENZA, such as metrics or indicators, can be entered in different ways, some of which are: uploading an Excel file, manual capture, link to the operating software that handles this information, and from there integrate it into COMPENZA.

How can I structure my own compensation system?

    • The first thing is to know to whom the compensation plan is directed (the eligible persons). For example, this compensation plan is only for the position of commercial advisor at Plaza Monterrey.
